2.3 Accuracy of Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. If your name, mobile number, or payment details change, you must notify the pd88 support team immediately.
3. Account Management
3.1 Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact [email protected] immediately or notify us via live chat.
3.2 No Account Transfer
Your pd88 account is entirely personal. Transferring, selling, or renting it to any other person is strictly prohibited.
3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)
pd88 may request documents to verify your identity and address at any time. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawal suspension or account restriction. This process is carried out solely for the purpose of security and fraud prevention.
4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
4.1 Payment Methods
Payment methods currently supported on pd88 are: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Rocket is the mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank. Transactions are not possible through any method other than these three.
4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
For all payment methods, the minimum deposit amount is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests on pd88 are generally processed within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual activity is suspected.
4.4 Transaction Currency
All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pd88 does not provide any currency conversion service.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
pd88 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳18,000 earns the maximum bonus of ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount. Wagering applies only to the bonus amount, not to the deposited amount. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳10,000 in bets before withdrawing bonus winnings.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
pd88's VIP program has four tiers. Weekly cashback is available at each tier:
- Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback
- Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback

5.4 General Bonus Terms
- A bonus may be claimed only once.
- The payment method cannot be changed after claiming a bonus.
- Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts is prohibited.

- If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the account may be closed.
